Not Jimmy Carter but my friend named Carter. This was just an idea for a goof-off piece. I had no idea I could make it work but it looks quite real to my eye. This was one of my first exercises in using Photoshop for this type of manipulation and it just goes to show how you can just get an idea in your head and there's a way digitaly to make it happen. And yes, it did revolve around a "quarters" game. I made the beer drops in the background.
