I made 2 really nice family generation composites for my kids. The First is the 4 heads composite for my daughter. I tried to find the 4 generations of Mody family heads at the youngest state which would compliment the picture. It is one of my earliest photoshop composite works and I was quite stunned that it came out as I envisioned. The subtle glow around the heads and the lens flare help off-set any small differences in the picture contrasts and tints. The second is for my son and in this one I looked for 4 generations of pictures that had an old-time look. I took the setting of the first generation picture which was one of the turn of the 20th century post card photo shoots and had to match the other 3 composites to that sepia look. Given the time I had to work on it I was pleased but it certainly wasn't a perfect color match- particularly the black contrasts and how the lighting from each composite highlights the face lines and features. At quick glance though it does look as if it's all one piece taken 100 years ago
