I made a DVD of old movies for this family and the DVD cover was the piece below with the head of the family seated font and center in this old photo. Not an overly difficult piece to do. I had to digitally cut them out of the picture. Use some photo shop filters to "add noise", a grain texture, adjust the color as needed then paste the unaltered grandparents back in place. I also added some drop shadow to help give them some dimension and depth.
