This picture was in bad shape. The first trick was to cut off the top of the picture. There was no way I was going to blend the off-coloration and it was not an important part of the photo. From there it's just a mater of playing with photshop exposures and saturation to get a reasonable restoration. The blacks are a little too sharp here and with a little more time I could have cooled them off.
